New Client Registration
We ask new clients to complete a Client Registration Form. This is to gather relevant clinical information about you to assess your suitability for treatments.
We collect personal data, such as your name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. We also collect information of a medical nature. This information is used to keep you up to date with new services and developments, confirm your appointments and to provide you with important pre and post care information.
Luxe Skin Solutions reserves the right to determine suitable treatment for the client. A complimentary Luxe Skin Solutions consultation must be conducted prior to any treatment.
Medical confidentiality
We operate a strict code of Medical Confidentiality which is your guarantee that we will not pass your medical data on to any third party unless legally required.
Change of address
Please notify the clinic of any changes to your contact details including name changes, address, mobile number and email. This will help the clinic to get any necessary or important information to you.
Appointments
Appointments can be made in a number of ways:
- Online – Website, Facebook and Instagram
- In Person
- By Telephone
We do try to keep to time. Please aim to arrive at the clinic five to ten minutes prior to your appointment. If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full treatment that you are booked for because our treatments cannot be rushed.
Cancellation Policy for Appointments
We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your appointment. Out of consideration for others, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. If insufficient notice is given, a 25% cancellation fee may be incurred and no shows may be charged at 50% of treatment cost.
SMS Reminders
We will send you an SMS reminder about your appointment 48 hours ahead.
Gift Vouchers
A Luxe Skin Solutions Gift Voucher can be used for the purchase of goods or services from our clinic, it cannot be used to purchase on www.luxeskinsolutions.co.nz. The value on the voucher can be used against purchases in whole or in part, and on multiple occasions.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the voucher will have a nil balance.
Gift vouchers may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
Customer Service
You may place an order on this site any time of the day or night. Orders, questions, or messages created after hours will be handled the next business day. The quickest way to reach us is to send us a message at info@luxeskin.co.nz. We will respond to all queries.
Shipping Policy
I’ve placed my order! When can I expect to receive it?
We work closely with our couriers to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. You can expect your order within 5 – 7 business days.
Where do you ship?
We only ship within New Zealand.
When will my order ship?
You place your order, we process your order, then we ship your order.
Processing can take up to 5 business days. Once it is dispatched, your courier will take it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Keep an eye on the mail!
I'm having problems with my tracking number:
Sometimes it takes the courier 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to via info@luxeskin.co.nz and we will do our best to help you.
Skincare Refund Policy
How do I place a return or exchange for my online order?
We're sorry you didn't love your online order.
Please email us info@luxeskin.co.nz and tell us the nature of your return. We may require pictures in the instance of a reaction to use of a product, to process the validity of the return and/or to offer aftercare advice.
Luxe Skin Solutions adheres to the Consumers Guarantees act and will not refund if you change your mind.
Products purchased online from the website must be returned in their original packaging within 10 days to:

We recommend that you return your package using signature-required Courier Post. If you use general post your package will not be insured and we cannot accept liability if it is damaged or goes missing.
What’s your return policy?
You have 10 business days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange if you change your mind. To do so, please reach out to us via info@luxeskin.co.nz or on 0273 098 055.
We will credit or refund of the purchase price paid by you for the item(s), less any discounts, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products. The original shipping will not be refunded unless it was our error or if you have a legitimate claim under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
How long does it take to process a return?
We will do our best to process the return within 15 working days of receipt.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
You received a product different from the one that you ordered? Sorry about that. Please contact us at info@luxeskin.co.nz and we will send out the right product you ordered along with a pre-paid return bag so you can return the incorrect product to us.
